everyone has their own way of responding to uncertainty, change, & transitions - it’s important to ask questions or learn how and why folks do what they do and nurture healthy responses

Another parenting resource—delivered by text to parents—is “Bright by Text”. You put in your child’s age and it delivers age appropriate tips and information on how to promote their development. https://brightbytext.org/. They just offered a FB live session on Monday about parenting in a pandemic.
I love the questioning framework.
I visited my grands this weekend, I noticed that my son and his wife plays a game with their girls every evening. The girls take turns choosing their games. They talk to them about are great they are playing the games and the strategies they use in the game especially the 4 years old in Jenga
But the normal pattern is for them to send you 2-3 texts a week with tips/info
Thank you Rosa for sharing! What a great way to bond as a family and siblings! Love the words of affirmation from their parents.
