What software or app would you recommend for live streaming “How to” videos?

How is the live transcript happening at the bottom? I’ve never seen this in Zoom meetings before and it is incredibly useful.

I had issues with trying to host a guest on Facebook live video. I couldn't figure out how to test without actually going live. Is there an easy way to do that?
Great ideas. Thanks!

you talked about captioning a video...what is an easy way to do that?
I didn't realize ring lights came so small!
What do you think about WebEx?
Suggestions for software for post-filming sound control, effects, etc?

We use webex for our virtual programs.
