Secure Your Mask First: Motivating Employees in a Post Pandemic Era and in the Age of Quiet Quitting

We all remember the airplane safety briefing, "If you are traveling with someone who requires assistance, secure your mask first, and then assist others." Employee Motivation in the workplace is no different. In the absence of self motivation, it becomes increasingly difficult to motivate a team of employees or co-workers. During this webinar, we will discuss reasons for lack of motivation and various motivation theories to aid efforts and help achieve a better work/life balance. Attendees will also participate in a brainstorming exercise to explore ways to keep themselves and their co-workers engaged at work.
